Purchase process
<1> Select GIA diamonds
- Search for diamonds and add your favorite diamonds to the diamond reservation list
- If you have no idea, you can refer to our purchasing experience sharing first.
- If you have specific specifications or would like advice, please contact us directly
<2> Make an appointment
- Send us your diamond appointment list to make an appointment at the store
- We will prepare diamonds listed in the appointment list, or diamonds of similar quality, for free one-to-one professional consultation
<3> Setting Service (if necessary)
- Welcome to refer to diamond rings or other jewelry setting styles
- A deposit of 30% of the entire order must be paid before inlaying.
- If in stock, it only takes 2 working days to complete; if customized, it may take 4-6 weeks
- Provides free one-time ring size change service, engraving service and permanent warranty
<4> Complete the transaction
Payment method:
(i) 2% discount is available for payment methods such as cash, FPS, bank transfer, EPS, and check (the last digit is not applicable)
(ii) Visa / Master / AE / UnionPay credit card (no additional handling fee)
(iii) Standard Chartered/AE credit card interest-free installment (12-month installment plus 3% and 2% handling fee respectively)
(iv) Customers apply for credit card installment by themselves
If necessary, the diamond can be sent to the GIA lab in Hong Kong for verification (before setting), which will take about two weeks. The verification fee will be paid directly to GIA by the customer.
